Basically pulse pressure is the difference between systolic and diastolic blood pressure.     To get pulse pressure, you need to subtract the diastolic blood pressure from the systolic blood pressure. In the above example of 130/80, you would subtract the higher one from the lower one, which would result in a total of 50 mmHg.

    For a duration of 2 to 4 weeks, you need to continue repeating the above two steps and log your pressure values in a logbook with proper dates and even time of measurement if wanted.
