Initially you will have some trouble in getting used to the diet but after a couple of days, you will be able to adopt the taste and will learn to appreciate the food that is on offer.
You are also likely going to feel better as the diet will be healthier than consuming oily foods as well as meat. In a few days time, your body should be feeling great and you should be improving upon your health.
