Ingredients
  • Low fat or non-fattening yogurt (plain or flavoured depending on your personal choice) - 1 medium sized bowl
  • Freshly sliced fruit of your choice (Consider using grapes, pears, tropical fruits such as orange and pineapple, blackberries, blueberries, bananas, mangoes, peaches, raspberries, apples, grapes, strawberries - 02 to 03 fruits
  • Granola - as per your liking
Instructions
  1. First of all, you will be required to wash the fruits thoroughly using warm water. Also wash the work surface.
  2. Next, slice the fresh fruit using a sharp knife.
  3. Take your time when cutting the fruits.
  4. Cut medium sized fruit slices for best taste and texture. Place the fruit pieces in a large sized bowl.
  5. Unpack the low fat yogurt and pour it into a medium sized container or bowl.
