Ingredients:
whole beef tenderloin tips, trimmed (or flank steak): 2 lbs

Salad:
Napa cabbage, thinly shaved
Bean sprouts
Fresh yakisoba noodles- cooked, drained and cooled
Green onions, sliced shopping list
Carrots, julienned
Red bell pepper, julienned

Vinaigrette:
Clove garlic minced: 1
Finely chopped fresh ginger: 1 teaspoon
Honey (or more to taste): 3 tablespoons
Soy sauce shopping list: 1/2 cup
Rice vinegar: 1/4 cup
Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon
Fresh ground black pepper: 1 teaspoon
Peanut oil: 1/3 cup
Sesame seeds, toasted lightly and cooled: 2 teaspoons

    Wash all the ingredients and utensils properly to remove dirt and germs.

    Take a zip lock bag and pour half cup of vinaigrette into the bag.  Now put your selected piece of beef and let it marinate for three hours.

    Now put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk properly after adding vinaigrette. Keep refrigerated until it is ready to serve.

    Get the beef out of marinating bag and put it on a charcoal grill. Give it proper heat until it is parched. Remove and set aside for ten minutes.

    Place all the ingredients in your salad bowl and mix well. Add sliced beef and chill until ready to eat.
