How to Make Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes
Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes is an extremely tasty dish and is very easy to make. The dish will take up to 20 minutes to be ready.

Utensils: Mixing bowls, saucepan, wooden spatula, blender
Cauliflower: 1 head
Milk: 3 tablespoons
Butter: 1 tablespoon
Sour cream: 2 tablespoons
Garlic salt: ¼ teaspoon
Preheat the saucepan
First of all, preheat the saucepan until it reaches a medium temperature. You need to separate the cauliflower when the saucepan is being heated and chop it in to smaller pieces so that it can be cooked.
Cook the cauliflower
Pour about a cup of water into the saucepan and add cauliflower to it. Cook the cauliflower for about 10-15 minutes on medium heat and gently stir the mixture in the saucepan.
Mash the cauliflower in blender
Blend the cauliflower after you have cooked it. Blend slowly and check until you get the desired texture of the cauliflower. The dish is called the Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes, but we do not use potatoes as cauliflower gives the similar taste.
Add the ingredients to a bowl
Add all the ingredients including the cauliflower into a large bowl. Also add milk, butter, sour cream, garlic salt and black pepper to it and repeatedly stir the mixture until all the ingredients are well combined. Use a wooden spatula to stir the contents in the bowl for a better result.
Top with chives and serve
Once everything is combined, add the mixture to a dish. Top the Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes with snipped chives and serve when it is hot. Make sure you serve it immediately as it will not give the desired taste if it cools down.
