First of all, beat the three eggs in a bowl with a spoon and keep them on the side. You will use this ingredient later in the recipe.
Take the frying pan, put Zeera, oil in it, and heat the items on the stove.
Wait for the Zeera to sparkle, once it does, add turmeric, ginger garlic paste and onions in the frying pan.
Make sure you keep stirring the items in the frying pan, otherwise it is likely to get too much brown and ruin the dish altogether.
Once the onions turn light brown, add tomatoes, salt and red chilli powder to the frying pan.
You need to keep stirring the frying pan and wait for the tomatoes to be mashed completely. Stir vigorously if you have to.
Once the tomatoes are mashed completely, add eggs you beat earlier to the frying pan.
The eggs will absorb the paste and will scramble. Keep them stirring to avoid them sticking to the base of the frying pan and wait for them to dry up completely.
That’s it. Your delicious Egg Bhurji is ready to be served. Use roti or chapatti along with the dish to savour the taste of this yummy dish.
