Spinach is one of the most commonly used green vegetables in the world. Not only does spinach enhance the taste of your food but it is also a source of essential vitamins and iron. If you are looking to make a salad from spinach then the warm spinach salad should be the obvious choice for you.
Ingredients
  • Fresh baby spinach - ¾ lb.
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Medium red onion, thinly sliced - ⅓ cup
  • Crumbled feta cheese - ¼ cup
  • Feta cheese, crumbled - 7 ounces
  • Red wine vinegar or herb-flavored vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Thick cut bacon, sliced into 2-inch pieces - 4 pieces
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Apple wedges or croutons - optional
Instructions

  2. Peel the eggs and cut them into thick slices.
  3. Set the stove to medium temperature and cook the bacon in a frying pan until it is brown and crisp.

  5. Next, take another small bowl and add salt, pepper, vinegar, red wine vinegar and olive oil.
  6. If you are looking to use artichokes in your salad then you will be required to drain them thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.
  7. Next, consider adding olive oil, vinegar and sugar into the bacon grease.
  8. Cook the ingredients for about 5 minutes to prepare the dressing mixture.
  9. Now put the bacon pieces back into the frying pan and continue to stir to ensure it is mixed properly.
