– 2 cups fat-free plain yogurt, without gum additives or stabilizers
– 1 cup low-fat vanilla soy milk (soya milk), chilled
– 1/3 cup honey
– 1 tablespoon canola oil
– 1/4 cup coarsely chopped almonds

Rinse all the spoons, platters and bowl before getting started. Make sure all the utensils are available to prepare Yogurt Almond Ice Cream.
Place the bowl into freezer to chill as it will make lot easier for ice cream to blend.
Pick another bowl and whisk yogurt again and again. Add soy milk, honey in it and whisk again. Pick canola oil and put it into the bowl and blend all the ingredients. Now the mixture is ready to put into ice cream maker.
