Orange, Peppermint, Pine, Patchouli
For Detoxifying:
Grapefruit, Hyssop, Juniper, Tea Tree, Lemon, Frankinscence
For PMS:
Rosewood, Rose, Peppermint, Ylang Ylang
For Depression:
Bergamot, Clary Sage, Frankincense, Geranium, Grapefruit, Helichrysum, Jasmine, Lavender, Lemon, Mandarin, Neroli, Orange, Roman Chamomile, Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang

The Recipes

Baths
Add 8 drops to 1 cup water and add to bath.

Body Lotion
Add 25 drops of essential oil to 8 ounces of unscented lotion.

Facial Oil
Add 5 drops essential oil to 1 ounce of jojoba oil.

Massage Oil
Add 23 drops essential oil to 2 ounces of almond, apricot, grape seed, or jojoba oil.

Perfume
Add 12 drops essential oil to 1/2 ounce of jojoba or almond oil.

Room Spray
Add 27 drops essential oil to 16 ounces of water.
