Blackberry Spinach Salad is a scrumptious blend of healthful ingredients, including fresh blackberries, spinach, tomatoes, green onions, walnuts etc. It tastes great without a dressing but a smattering of feta cheese and pepper makes it seem like you actually fussed.
This creamy summer salad is best served with various meals. The main thing you have to keep in mind is that you have to use ripe blackberries.

- (6 cups) fresh spinach ( baby spinach is commonly used)
- (1 cup) fresh blackberries
- (1 cup) cherry tomatoes - halved
- (2 tablespoons) chopped walnuts - toasted
- (2 tablespoons) olive oil
- (1 tablespoon) balsamic vinegar
- (2 ½ teaspoons) honey
- (1 teaspoon) mustard (Dijon mustard is preferred)
- (1/4 teaspoon) salt
- (1/4 teaspoon) pepper
- (2/3 cup) crumbled feta cheese
- 1 green onion - sliced
- 1 garlic clove - minced
Single out a large salad bowl from your serving bowl collection and set it on your kitchen table.
Place 6 cups of fresh spinach, 1 cup of fresh blackberries, 1 cup of halved tomatoes, 1 sliced green onion, and 2 tablespoons of chopped toasted walnuts into the salad bowl.
Note: Make sure to use juicy, sweet, and little tart blackberries.
Take a large whisk and mix all these ingredients for a few minutes until smooth. Set it aside for the time being.
Grab another medium mixing bowl and add in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 2 ½ teaspoons of honey, 1 garlic minced clove , 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
Whisk all the ingredients until the oil absorbs into the dry components.
Now, pour this mixture over ingredients in the salad bowl and toss to coat.
Sprinkle your Blackberry Spinach Salad with cheese - 2/3 cup of crumbled feta cheese.
Serve it right away with six medium salad bowls and forks.
