Take a small bowl, pour oil, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar in it. Then whisk them together and after that leave it aside.
Grab a small frying pan and place margarine over it in order to melt it over medium heat. Then crush the ramen noodles pasta in its packing. After which add these crushed noodles in the melted margarine together with sesame seeds and almonds. Cook all these ingredients until they turn golden brown then remove the pan from the heat and drain all of them on a paper towel.
Now chop the green onions and bok choy before placing them in a large bowl. Shake over the dressing and noodle mixture then, toss until it thoroughly coats. After this, Bok Choy Salad is ready to be served.
