- 1 400g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 onion, peeled and grated
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 125g frozen garden peas, thawed
