Before you begin it is a good idea that you wash or clean the entire work surface that you will be using to prepare this exciting drink. Also, thoroughly wash your hands, glasses, utensils and ingredients that you will be using to put this recipe together. You may want to make cleaning everything a habit before preparing any type of drinks or food items in your kitchen.
Take a large jug and one by one add all the ingredient starting from the ½ liter of Blood Orange Juice (prefer chilled juice), 750 ml of Chilled Champagne (for children you can replace it with white fizzy drink), 30 ml Cinzano Ross. If you feel that you might want your cocktail to be a little light then you can always reduce the amount of champagne or Cinzano that you add.
Take a long spoon and stir the drink so that the flavors get mixed with each other. You will want a nice smooth texture so remember to check the consistency of your mixture while stirring.
Before you serve your cocktail, put ice cubes in it or you can keep it in fridge. It is best to make this cocktail while your guests are sitting around so that you can serve it right away. However, if you do not have the time then you can always prepare this cocktail mixture ahead of time and keep it in the freezer to be served later.
You can also pour the drink in beautiful cocktail glasses and serve it to your family and friends. Garnish it with a orange wedges or slices. It is entirely up to you as to the type or style of the glasses that you want to serve this cocktail in. Also, if you do not like orange wedges or slices for garnishing then you can use something else depending on your own personal preferences.
