Finding cheap ink cartridges for printers, fax machines and copiers can be a trying ordeal. Often, the ink cartridges cost more than the machine itself, and two or three cartridges will almost always make up the entire initial investment. Depending upon how often you use your printer, fax machine or copier, and for what purpose, you might be in the market for a cheap ink cartridge.

Unfortunately, there are very few ways to circumvent the ink cartridge problem that has been initiated by the manufacturers of printers, fax machines and copiers. You can purchase a multi-function printer (which includes the fax machine and copier) for less than $200.00, but your first year of ink cartridge purchases can be twice as expensive, and finding cheap ink cartridges is not an easy task.

First of all, some cheap ink cartridges contain tiny crystals that can damage the inner workings of your printer, fax machine or copier, rendering it useless in just a few years. They offer several different shipment options, and most of their products are shipped the same day that they are ordered (Monday-Friday, before 3pm EST).

CarrotInk

Although CarrotInk has also earned the Circle of Excellence Platinum Award, they come in second to 4InkJets because of their high shipping charges (upwards of $4.00) and their lack of variety. While 4InkJets offers ink cartridges for printers, fax machines and copiers of almost any brand, CarrotInk supplies only ink cartridges for a limited number of brands. Their ink cartridges work wonderfully with my Epson printer, but I haven’t enjoyed the same quality with my HP multi-function. Their phone number is 877-322-7768.

This company is one of my favorites because it offers such a wide selection of ink cartridges for printers, fax machines and copiers. Although their shipping charges are quite high ($4.95; waived for orders over $40), they do have a 110% guarantee on unsatisfactory ink cartridges that are returned within 30 days of purchase.
