The three Best Restaurants in the state of Georgia

Spice Restaurant
798 Juniper Street
Atlanta, GA 30308
Tel. 404-875-4242

A stunning renovation of a 19th century Midtown Home that combines a very clean contemporary architecture with modern, creative interpretations of Innovative American Cooking. The secret of the masterly art of Midtown cooking requires a thorough knowledge of the properties of each spice and its blend with other spices. So one can say that the characteristic of each curry relies entirely on the balance of herbs and spices that go into its creations. Some of the basic spice, used mainly for its pungent and fiery taste, one may use fresh green or red chilies use in some of their foods to bring out a fire kick in their foods. The food at Spice Restaurant is delicious and the menus are well planned. If I don’t feel like cooking I know I can run in and pick up something healthy and fresh to eat. Also the space is beautifully designed and has a contemporary but natural quality. The chef is out of this world. You can feel the food and how pure it is. This is healthy food for the sophisticated food lover. And they’re great caterers, too.

Thai Chili
2169 Briarcliff Rd.
Atlanta, GA 30329
Tel. 404-315-6730

Thai chili’s, known in Thai as “PRIK”, were introduced to Southeast Asia by the Portuguese around the 16th century. Ever since then, their flavor has become a basic ingredient to many Thai meals. I absolutely love Aceluck, it is a great value, and the portion sizes are plentiful. The small restaurant can feel a little crowded, since you sit close together, but it is a fun and cozy atmosphere. The service is good, my only complaint is waiting on the bill, but they are very friendly if you request it. All your Thai favorites, served quickly enough in a lovely setting. I live in Queens but visit Aura every weekend because this is as authentic and innovative as it gets. The waiters are friendly, and the food, prompt. While the pad Thai and tom kar soup taste traditional – as they should! – The lemongrass chicken (with a side of sticky rice and papaya salad) and ice cream with sweet sticky rice offer a new spin on old favorites. DELICIOUS stuff! I feel healthy and fresh after my meals, so much so that I sometimes order from them for lunch too. Anyone who lives in or visits GA should definitely check out Atlanta. You won’t be disappointed.

Fire of Brazil Churrascaria
PERIMETER
118 Perimeter Center West
Atlanta, GA 30346
Tel. 770-551-4367

The Fire of Brazil concept is a simple one. A host of Gauchos parade through the restaurant with choice cuts of grilled Angus beef, chicken, lamb, pork and sausage. All selections are slow roasted over an open flame, seasoned to perfection and accompanied by an extravagant salad bar. My wife and I have traveled around, we’ve been to many states in USA – and we’ve eaten in many restaurants. This is THE BEST food! I know it sounds like a fluke, but if you are looking for some down-to-earth Brazilian home cooking and generous portions you HAVE to go to this restaurant. We guarantee an awesome experience.
