Place the unpeeled red apple slices in a large serving bowl.
Pour in the lemon juice and toss the apple slices with a fork until coated well.
Add in the cantaloupe cubes or balls and the finely chopped celery. Mix the ingredients for few seconds and set bowl aside.
Take another small bowl and add in the sour cream, whip cream and the blue cheese. Stir these ingredients until merge well and forms a thick dressing.
Now, drizzle this dressing over the apple mixture in the bowl. Grab a large fork or spoon and whisk all the ingredients of the salad until incorporate well, forming a nicely mixed up salad.
Cover the bowl of the Blue Cheese and Apple Salad with a plastic wrapping sheet and place them in refrigerator for about one hour before serving.
Remove the salad bowl from refrigerator, unseal it and dish it up in a lettuce-lined bowl. Have fun!
