First of all prepare your cocktail glass and set it in your refrigerator to cool, until you mix the ingredients. Rim it with some crushed salt/sugar or set a lemon/lime slice on the side. Place in refrigerator.
Pour 1 ½ oz of gin and 1 oz of dry vermouth into a medium cocktail shaker and top with 1 oz of white creme de menthe.
Seal the shaker by placing its lid at the top and shake it at medium speed for 15 to 20 seconds.
Take out the garnished and chilled cocktail glass from refrigerator and place some ice cubes or crushed ice in it.
