With the help of a knife, cut the two cucumbers lengthwise into half. This means that you slide the knife straight down from one end of the cucumber to the other.
Using the knife or spoon, remove seeds from all the four pieces of cucumbers and make sure you discard them.
Again with the help of the knife, start cutting the cucumbers into ½ inch cubes and place them inside the salad bowl.
Sprinkle salt on the cut pieces of cucumber and add some chopped green onions. Using a spoon and fork, mix the cucumbers and so the taste of salt is properly mixed in all of the salad.
Finally add crumbled feta cheese to the mixture along with lemon juice, olive oil and pepper. Mix gently with a spoon and fork for some time and the salad is ready.
