Rodeo is a traditional cowboy competition which is held in the United States of America. There are many events in Rodeo in which you can participate according to your speciality. Although, you will have to amuse the crowd before the start of the event so as to make it interesting, but your main purpose is to save the participant from any kind of animal attack during or after the event. It is not easy to jump into the ground to save the cowboy or bullfighter from the brutal attack of the animal. Therefore, it is extremely important for you to make up your mind well before becoming a rodeo clown.

You have to make yourself at home with the overall environment of rodeo. It will be better for you to start creating understanding about all the events and the behaviour of the animals from an early age. You should make yourself familiar with the loud music and cheers of the crowd so that you can easily keep your focus on your work. Moreover, if you want to learn the behaviour of the animals quickly, you can start riding horses or bulls as many rodeo clowns used to be cowboys before taking their respective jobs.

It is very important for you to make yourself a good athlete so that you can handle the attack of the animal to save the participant from potential harm in any event. You have to manage your diet plan well and exercise daily to make yourself fit and healthy.

You can also join a school to get the necessary training to become a rodeo clown. You can easily find an apprenticeship at some rodeo club where you can actually see the bulls and horses in action. Furthermore, you can also join clown school to get formal training to become rodeo clown.
