Maintain a healthy lifestyle and diet

Exercise is very important
You need to exercise on a regular basis. Exercise around three to four times each week. Perform sessions of at least 30 minutes. After that, you can take your exercise schedule to a higher level, but it is recommended to start gradually and build it up over time. Moreover, you can also take part in physical activities like walking, swimming, running, aerobics, gym, cricket or yoga. In any case, consult your medical examiner before starting any sort of exercise program. Exercise is necessary as it will keep you fit and fresh whenever you feel low and tired of your routine.
