How to Exercise Around Your Home Without Buying Anything

Most of the times, people make excuse that they do not have time to go to the gym and their obesity is the result of their busy schedule. However, you must stop being a couch potato and   gear up to get in proper shape.

Strangely, people always believe that they will have to sweat hard in fitness club or they will have to buy some gadget. This is not right as you can exercise even without any special equipment.

    Do not rely on your servants or any kind of machines rather you should try to do everything yourself. This will increase your physical activity and ultimately it will become a workout on its own.

    Another way to exercise at home without any special equipment is to pick up heavy things. For instance, you can use even a book as dumbbells. All you need to do is to pick one in each hand and raise them up to your chin. Similarly, do other set of exercises like jumping jacks, flapping up and down etc.

    Stretch your muscles:

    Stretching your muscles is another type exercise which does not require any equipment. You can perform it while sitting and talking to your family members, studying a book or even while watching TV. Stretch your legs to full and try to touch your toes with your thumbs. This is a perfect exercise that will perk you up.

    Though, it’s obvious but these simple exercises will yield amazing results. The additional benefit is that you do not need any special equipment at all. Start with less numbers of push-ups and sit-ups and then gradually increase the numbers.
