Drink sufficient water
Water helps to remove toxins from our body which if not removed can cause puffiness around eyes. One should take 64 ounces of water each day to avoid dehydration and eliminate eye bags.
Over working and lack of proper sleep is one of the major causes of eye bags appearance. You should at least sleep for 8 hours every night to get rid of the ugly eye bags.
Balanced and healthy diet plays a major role to maintain proper functioning of body system and tissues. By maintaining your diet in a systematic way and taking all the nutrients that are required to avoid malfunctioning of hormones, you can avoid eye bags to appear.
If you have puffy eyes then stay away from caffeine and alcohol. As they tend to eliminate useful water from your body and may cause dehydration.
Keep your head elevated while sleeping
When you wake up in the morning and find your eyes puffy and baggy then this is probably due to gravity, which causes accumulation of fluid beneath the eyes making them puffy. Keeping your head elevated by using two pillows under your head while you sleep can avoid such fluid concentration.
Avoid too much exposure to Sun
Skin sagging beneath your eyes is due to excessive exposure to sun light. It also darkens the skin around eyes making your eye bags to look horrible. Therefore, avoid exposure to sun light and use sun blocks containing SPF-15. You can also use hats and sunglasses to protect your eyes.
Sometimes oxygen molecules in the body become unstable and tend to effect puffy eyes. You can use antioxidant moisturizers having vitamin C and E etc, which are helpful to avoid damage from unstable oxygen molecules.
When ever you rub your skin, it causes darkening to that area. Eyes are very delicate parts of our body and they should be treated carefully. Never rub your eyes especially when you have eye bags under them.
