You can collect an application form by making a visit to the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in London. You can visit the Embassy in Working hours between 9:00 to 13:30 from Monday to Friday to collect a visa application form.

Requirements
After filling up the application form, you need to attach the following documents with your application form:
(a) Completed application form that should be signed by the applicant.
(b) Two passport sized photographs that should be in light colour background.
(c) Passport that should be valid for at least six months on the time of application.
(d) Passport should have two blank pages facing each other.
