Workout in the morning
If you have a very tough routine throughout the course of the day, you can work out in the morning. Early morning work outs are very effective as you are fresh at that time, and the freshness of the air charges you up for the whole day. You can follow a running routine in the morning or go to the gym.
Take note of calories
Consuming a balanced diet is one of the most important things to follow if you want to lose weight. You must know what you are eating. Sometimes small quantities of certain foods can easily disrupt your diet routine. The best way to counter this is to take note of whatever you are eating. Take note of the calories you are consuming on a daily basis and you will get great results. When it comes to work especially, never consume junk or fatty food, becuase your lack of movement means that the calories will not be burnt.
Walk whenever you get a chance
It is important that you exert whenever you get a chance. You can walk to the office in the morning if it is not at a considerable distance. Another way would be to go for a walk during the lunch break, to a nearby track or to get food. There are also many sitting exercises which you can try out during work.
Health and fruits go hand in hand, especially when you are at work. Fruits not only provide you with taste and essential nutrients, but also keep you saturated.
