Take a small pan and toast almonds in it. When you will sense the aroma of the almonds remove them from the stove immediately.
Take a deep bowl and one by one add mayonnaise, lemon juice and in the end pepper. Mix the ingredients well so that a paste will form.
In the same bowl add chicken, celery and then almond. Toss them in the paste and make sure that the ingredients are properly mixed.
Take a lovely glass material serving dish and take out the prepared salad in the serving dish and serve it with salad leaves and beautiful vegetable decorations.
