The "Big Mac" is one of the signature burgers on offer at McDonald's and is preferred by many. However, people often prefer eating at home rather than wasting their money on going to a restaurant every day. Fortunately, you can easily prepare McDonald’s famous “Big Mac” burger at home whenever you feel like treating yourself.
Ingredients
  • Beef - 200 g
  • Salt - 2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • French dressing for salads - 3-4 tablespoons
  • Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise (preferably low-fat) - 10 grams
  • Chopped pickled cucumbers - 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar - 2 teaspoons
  • Sweet buns with sesame seeds - 2 buns
  • Cheese slices - 2 slices
Instructions
  1. Mix the beef, salt and pepper according to your taste.
  2. Now cut the beef in slices, keeping in mind that the diameter should be equal to the diameter of the sesame bun.
  3. Fry the beef patties in a grill or in a frying pan without using oil. The thickness should not exceed 0.5 cm after frying the patties in the pan.
  4. Put a lid on the frying pan while cooking the patties.
  5. For a "Big Mac", you require two patties, weighing 50 grams each.
  6. Use a French salad dressing which can be found in the supermarket.
  7. Mix mayonnaise paste, vinegar, chopped pickled cucumbers (gherkins ideally), sugar, pepper, salt and dried onion in a blender.
  8. Put the mixture in the fridge after this.
  9. Assemble your "Big Mac" in the following order: bottom of the bun - sauce (1-2 tablespoons) - leaf lettuce - one patty - a slice of cheese - middle bun - sauce (1-2 tablespoons) - leaf salad - slices of pickled cucumber - second patty - the top of bun.

    Goes well with:

    Crispy French Fries

Just like you would treat yourself in Mc Donald's, treat yourself the same way at home as well. Crispy French Fries are probably the best side orders for your homemade Big Mac.
