These fun little edible birds are simply amazing and just eating one penguin is never enough as you will crave for more of these creatures that actually in real life, hail from the North Pole. However, make sure that you do not try to make a Happy Feet Penguin as it will not stop flapping its cute little feet all over the place. And, making penguins is not that hard as you need only a few things in your kitchen for that.
Push the narrow end of the carrot triangle through a skewer of toothpick and pass the toothpick through each hole of the small olive unit it pokes out of the other side.
Now make a slice into each olive. Hold the olive and gently push as much cream into the opening as you can so that the olive is filled.
Tidy the edges around the opening with your fingers or a paper towel. Make sure that the cream cheese makes a solid white stripe down the olive to form the chest.
Now place a filled olive, large hole side down on top of a carrot round and line up the white of the cream cheese.
In order to hold the chest, use a toothpick to hold the centre.
Now push on side of the beak and that of the chest and feet onto the toothpicks. Now, wrap some green onion around it as a scarf.
Now that you have done all the body work, cover it in a plastic wrap and make sure that it is refrigerated properly before it is served.
Make sure that your refrigerator is working fine as a change in temperature could ruin all your efforts.
If you are able to get a proper grip of the cream cheese part which will consume most of your time, you will then have no problem in serving these delicious and cute penguins in parties.
