First, you need to prepare the chicken. For that purpose, place the chicken in a shallow skillet. Take a bowl and mix together oil, lemon zest, lemon juice and garlic, before pouring the mixture over the chicken. Toss the chicken to coat. Using a plastic wrap, cover the dish and place it in the refrigerator for around 4 hours.
Preheat a grill pan on medium high heat.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and pat dry before sprinkling salt and pepper over it. Place it on the grill pan and cook until it turns golden brown. It will take around 12 minutes for each side. Transfer the chicken to a plate and allow it to cool before slicing it against the grain.
Now it is time to make the dressing. For that purpose, take a large bowl and mix together sour cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy and garlic. Do not forget to season the mixture using salt and pepper.
For the sandwich build, take the sliced chicken and place it in a bowl. Now add in sour cream, Caesar dressing, tomatoes, romaine, Pаrmesan Croutons and toss the chicken to coat it evenly.
Take tortillas and fill each of them with the chicken mixture.
