Yields: 4 Chicken Ceasar Salad Wraps
Utensils: Grill pan, skillet, bowls, stirrer

Boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 8-ounces each): 4 pieces
Extra-virgin olive oil: 1/4 cup
Zest of 1 lemon: about 1 teaspoon
Freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 2 lemons): 1/4 cup
Garlic, minced or grated: 2 cloves
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Sour Cream Caesar Dressing:
Low-fat sour cream: 1 cup
Grated Parmesan: 2 tablespoons
Freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon): 1 tablespoon
Dijon mustard: 1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce: 2 teaspoons
Anchovy, smeared with a fork to a paste: 1 unit
Minced or grated garlic: 1/2 clove
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Sandwich Build:
Cherry tomatoes, quartered: 1/2 pint
Heart romaine lettuce, chopped into bite-size pieces: 1 piece
Sun-dried tomato tortillas, toasted with a little oil: Four 12-inch units

    First, you need to prepare the chicken. For that purpose, place the chicken in a shallow skillet. Take a bowl and mix together oil, lemon zest, lemon juice and garlic, before pouring the mixture over the chicken. Toss the chicken to coat. Using a plastic wrap, cover the dish and place it in the refrigerator for around 4 hours.

    Preheat a grill pan on medium high heat.

    Remove the chicken from the skillet and pat dry before sprinkling salt and pepper over it. Place it on the grill pan and cook until it turns golden brown. It will take around 12 minutes for each side. Transfer the chicken to a plate and allow it to cool before slicing it against the grain.

    Now it is time to make the dressing. For that purpose, take a large bowl and mix together sour cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy and garlic. Do not forget to season the mixture using salt and pepper.
