Take a medium bowl and pour ¼ cup of white vinegar into it.
Top the vinegar with half cup of soy sauce and use a medium spoon to mix up properly. You have the option available to increase or decrease the ratio of soy sauce according to your taste or requirement.
Sprinkle the 2 finely chopped green onions over the vinegar-sauce mixture and top with one finely minced garlic clove.
Now scatter 3 to 5 nicely chopped small hot peppers over the mixture and pour in ¼ cup of lukewarm water.
Get a medium airtight glass jar or container and decant the Finadene Sauce into it.
Seal the jar or container thoroughly and shake it well for 2 minutes to nicely mix the ingredients.
Shift it into your refrigerator for few hours until thicken and rich.
Once marinade well, take out your Finadene Sauce from refrigerator, pour into a medium serving bowl and enjoy!
