How to Make Gingerbread & Blueberry Cinnamon Buns

Gingerbread tastes extremely delicious along with the blueberry cinnamon buns. You will have to make them separately by using the required ingredients.

Utensils: Cups, saucepan, spoons, frying pan, skillet, bowls and plates.

Ingredients:
All-purpose flour: 2 1/2 cups (310 g)
Baking soda: 1/2 tsp
Ground cinnamon: 1/2 tsp
Ground cloves: 1/4 tsp
Salt: 3/4 tsp
Ground ginger: 1 tsp
Nutmeg: 1/4 tsp
Butter at room temperature: 1/2 cup (110 g)
Water: 1/4 cup (60 g)
Sugar: 1/2 cup (100 g)
Molasses or syrup: 1/2 cup (125 ml)
Vanilla extract: 1 1/2 tsp
Juice of lemon: 1 cup
Sugar:3 tablespoons
Icing, frosting, sprinkles, etc. for decoration

Blueberry sauce:
Bag of frozen blueberries: 1 pint or 1 8oz
Corn starch: 2 teaspoons
Water: 1/4-3/4 cup (if using frozen berries, you will need less water)

Dough:
Milk: 3/4 cup
Instant yeast: 1 (.25 ounce) package
White sugar: 1/4 cup
Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Butter: 1/4 cup
All-purpose flour: 3 1/4 cups
Water: 1/4 cup
Egg: 1

Filling:
Brown sugar, packed: 1 cup
Softened cream cheese: 4 oz
Softened butter: 1/4 cup
Ground cinnamon: 1 tablespoon
Melted butter: 2 tablespoons
Milk: 1-4 cup
Powdered sugar: 1 cup
Vanilla extract: 1/2 tsp

Instructions

    First of all, you have to mix the dry ingredients (salt, baking soda, ginger, flour, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg) in a bowl. Then, mix all the wet ingredients (sugar, butter, water, vanilla and molasses) in another bowl. After then, combine the wet and dry ingredients and add some flour in the mixture. If you are using any electric equipment to beat the ingredient, keep it on low speed.

    Now, you have to prepare the dough. Put the dough into a plastic wrap and cut it into half. Place it in the refrigerator for around 2 hours.

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (i.e. 190 degrees Centigrade). Then, place the dough on the baking sheet. You can give any shape to your gingerbread. Bake it for around 10 to 12 minutes. Take it out and use anything you want as topping.

    Then, you have to make the blueberry cinnamon buns. Prepare the sauce first by adding and stirring sugar, blueberries, cornstarch, water and lemon juice in a pan on medium heat flame on the stove. After that, prepare the dough by mixing the flour, yeast, sugar, salt in a bowl and then placing it in the oven to bake for around ten minutes. In the end, you have to make the glaze by beating butter, cheese and milk in a bowl. Fill the dough with the blueberry sauce and glaze to make the buns.
