When the ingredients are totally combined, start adding the olive oil slowly to the mixture. Do not add whole of the quantity to the blender. The best way is to add one tablespoon at a time and then use the blender. Stop adding oil when you feel that the mixture has reached the right thickness. You can add more olive oil of you feel that the combination is still thinner than required.
