How to Treat Elbow Tendonitis

Elbow tendonitis usually comes when you use your elbow muscles more than their capacity that causes severe pain and inflammation in the elbow area. It is a common injury that many sportsmen also face during practice. However, elbow tendonitis can become more problematic if the injury is severe because it affects the area where lower arm meets the elbow joint and eventually it restricts the movement of the arm.
