10 Surveys that Can Earn Potential Christmas Gift Shopping Money

Christmas is not about material gift giving; however, I do enjoy watching the kids’ faces light up when they open their gifts on Christmas day. Part of being a one income household is that spending cash is limited. So, I started looking into survey sites to earn a little shopping money. Bottom line is, participating in surveys won’t make anyone rich; but, with time and diligence, there is potential spending money that can be earned thru these survey sites.

These surveys use personal demographics to match surveys members to available surveys. Required demographics may include the following: gender, age, month and year of birthday, salary, number of people residing in home. An email address is also needed to register for these survey sites. Number of survey available and rewards earned will vary for each individual’s demographic. Confidentiality is required for each survey taken.

CokeRewards.com. Technically, this is not a survey; but, if you already purchase Coke products, registering for an account on this website and logging the codes on participating products can earn sweepstakes entries and other rewards. The more points earned, the more rewards available. For example, for 25 points, there is a 25 4×6 prints from Shutterfly.com reward. For 133 points, account holders can get a one year magazine subscription to Better Homes & Gardens, Redbook, or other available magazine label. For as little as one point, sweepstakes entries are available for rewards, such as Kindle Fire HD or vacation getaways. There are plenty of potential rewards.

Points earned from products varies on the products purchased. A bottle cap, for example, gives 3 points per code. A code on a 12 can box of Minute Maid Lemonade is worth 10 points, and a 24 bottle pack of Dasani is worth 20 points. Code points can also be donated to schools for school items. Points expire after 90 days of account inactivity.

GlobalTestMarket.com. This site sends survey invitations and members can either click the link to go the website or check the website itself for available surveys. However, invitation email does not guarantee qualification for the survey, nor does the available surveys listed on the site. Demographic questions at the beginning of the survey will weed out the ones that are not qualified. Members that attempt to take the survey but did not qualify are given sweepstakes entries. Minimum redemption threshold for this survey site is 1000 points. The more points earned, the more rewards available. I got a $ 20 Paypal gift card and a $25 TJmaxx gift card for my 1000 accrued survey points. Results will vary individually.

InstantCashSweepstakes.com. This survey site has a log-in session cap. Once a session is finished, another session of survey questions will not be available until 3 hours later. The amount of survey per session will be dependent on the member’s TS level, which increases over time. This determines the number of surveys per session and the potential money earned. Each session earns money reward from $.01 to $.08 on at least one of the survey during the session. Once in a while, there will be a survey questionnaire from a company that pays a higher cash amount.

Basically, the site is aimed towards winning the sweepstakes Sweepstakes entries are earned by participating actively. Each survey accrues Coins and Tickets. Coins earned can be entered in the $2 sweepstakes, that starts every 4 hours. The Tickets are automatically entered in the daily $50 sweepstakes. Members can also contribute their own survey questions for fun.

Minimum threshold for this site is $2. Payment is done thru Paypal only. Winners of the sweepstakes are posted on the site. Members can also invite another to join. As a reward for the recruit, recruiter gets whatever prize the new members earns. Invitation or widget codes are available thru the website.

Ipoll.com. This site offers a $5 signup bonus. Minimum threshold at this site is $10. Survey time ranges from 1 minute to 50 minutes. The only downside is that certain surveys may take up to 6 weeks to verify and pay for the completed survey. The website list the surveys available, how many minutes it will take, and how much money is paid for the time. Availability of rewards will depend on member’s residential state. At $12, magazine subscriptions are available. AT $25, gift cards becomes available. At $50, Paypal becomes available. Money earned can also be donated to a list of charities.

National Consumer Panel or NCPonline.com. Members transmit data back to company weekly using a product scanner provided by the company. The items can be scanned at the home after purchase or at the store itself. The transmission is done automatically by the scanner, but in the case of a failed transmission, a manual transmission is needed to be done by the member. The data received monitors the spending habits and products purchased. Surveys are sent via email notification, which provides the link to the survey.

*I have not been successful in transmitting data to this company myself. I had to return the scanner after many failed attempts, and after two scanners.

OpinionOutpost.com. The minimum threshold for this site is $10, and the transfer to Paypal is almost immediate. Unlike Global Market, 1000 earned points on this site equals $100. Individual survey times varies from 1 minute to 60 minutes. Members who partakes in a survey but do no know qualify will receive sweepstakes entries. Chrome is needed for this site, as survey rarely open in Safari.

PaidViewPoint.com. Minimum redemption threshold at this site is $15 and can only be paid thru Paypal. There is at least 1 survey available on this site daily, which earns $.10. Once in a while, there will be survey requested by companies to improve their product, which pays more. Each member is given a TraitScore that measures response consistency. The higher the TraitScore, the more survey a member qualifies for. There is also a potential to earn up to $25 for a successful invite to the site, plus 20% of whatever earnings that person makes.

PCH.com. This site is sweepstakes central and earns it’s giveaway prize money from advertisements. This site has both sweepstakes and surveys. Points earned from completed surveys can be redeemed for Amazon or iTunes gift cards. Minimum survey point threshold for this site is 500 points, which is equivalent to $5 Amazon gift card, for example. Sweepstakes entries are earned by participating in games that require little effort and for the most part play automatically. No purchase is necessary on this website to be eligible for any of the sweepstakes; but, every games has a 15 second advertisement that plays before or after each game.

On the bottom of the screen, the names of recent winners are posted. There are numerous games to choose from, and each guarantees some form of a prize, whether it be token, cash, or additional sweepstake entry. Sweepstakes ranges from cars to houses to cash rewards.

PineConeResearch.com. Joining this site is by invitation only. *I got the invite thru another survey I was participating in. Each successful survey is paid $3. Surveys notification are sent via email and average at 1 per month, but will increase with time. Members can not participate in any other survey except for the once they get an invitation to. Minimum redemption threshold is $3. First payment is a check payment. Once the first payment check is received, Paypal is available by request.

Slicethepie.com. Minimum threshold for this site is $10. Members are required to do 3 things on this site. They are as follows: listen to a song for at least 90 seconds, write a review of the song, and rank the song from 0 to 10. Each review successfully submitted goes straight to the artist. Each member also get a maximum of 10 energy. Each song uses an energy. Additional energy is accrued every 3 minutes. Payment is done thru Paypal and may take up to 5 days to completely transfer.
