Holmes Harmony Hepa-type Mini Tower Air Purifier
My ultra cool boss decided to buy me a Holmes Harmony Hepa-Type Mini Air Purifier to put in the break room at night to filter out some of the smoke. I was very skeptical when I saw how small the air filter was, I was like there is no way this small thing is going to make a dent in the odor or quality of air in this room.
As a good employee I set it up which was a cinch and clipped on the freshness scent clip and turned the machine on closed the door and walked away for the evening. Imagine my surprise when I came in the next day and could not smell the familiar stench of old cigarette smoke.
I was so surprised I questioned everyone thinking someone had to come in and do something after I locked up but that wasn’t the case. I left the machine on for the rest of the day and as promised it eliminated odor as well as sucked the smoke right in.
I was highly impressed with this machine and had them placed in all of our companies breakrooms. I work for a local Jackson Hewitt franchise and when the franchise owner would come and visit a store he thought we put a no smoking rule in place, he was even impressed to know that these air filters actually worked.
The air filters have Arm and Hammer Baking Soda in them so that helps keep the room smelling fresh. The machines are extremely lightweight weighing only 9 pounds so moving them from room to room is not a issue. They are designed for rooms up to 180 sq feet or 12×15, however I have used my in much larger rooms and they seemed to work well.
The best feature is this machine is so quiet, noise is not a factor at all. I loved it so much at work that I went and bought 5 for my home, one for each room. They are extremely affordable, I purchased mine at Walmart for roughly $37.00 and replacement filters are available and reasonably priced as well.
If you are looking for cleaner air at a reasonable cost I highly recomend this air purifier.
