People prefer fresh pizza crust, but it easily falls to bits. So, it is always better to refrigerate the crust for some time to achieve the best results. This will not effect on the taste of the pizza though.
Unroll the pizza crust onto a baking sheet that must be greased.
Form a heart shape, preferably 12-inch large. Make sure you don’t make it too large, because it becomes very difficult to handle a big heart shape crust.
After making sure that it is well shaped, spread the pizza sauce. Now, it is the time to top it with chicken, onion and peppers. If you are a chicken lover, you may add more quantity. After adding these ingredients, sprinkle it with cheese.
The job is almost done now. Bake the pizza at 425 degrees at least for 15-20 minutes. Make sure you bake it on the lowest rack of the oven.
Turn off the oven once the crust is golden brown. Cut it into slices, and serve with tomato ketchup.
