Make the dough
First make the dough for your Russian dumplings. Add flour on the large board and make an indentation in order to hold the eggs. Now take the three eggs and after cracking, place them in the indentation. Then mix it gradually with a fork while slowly adding the flour.
Add cold water or milk
Next add one cup of cold water or milk in the dough. Press the dough after adding the liquid.
Knead the dough
Continue pressing the dough after you add all the liquid. You have to knead the dough until it becomes elastic and stretchy.
Cut the ball
Now you need to cut the dough ball into half. Store one half in the refrigerator and the other into the shape of a snake. Then cut the snake in one inch lengths and roll each into a two inch circle.

Boil these ear-shaped dumplings in salty water for almost seven minutes or until they float up to the surface.
