Pick up a shot glass and place it in refrigerator for few minutes or until it is properly chilled. Make sure to put the glass in a secure location so that it does not fall or move around when you are constantly opening or closing the refrigerator door.

  • 3

Remove the glass from refrigerator and place it on the table. Now, gently pour ½ oz of grenadine into the shot glass. Be careful while pouring as you do not want to spill anything.

  • 4

Top the grenadine with ½ oz of Sambuca and wait for few seconds until it settles down.

Now, slowly float ½ oz of Southern Comfort on the top of the Sambuca layer. If you want to use some other type of liquor then it is entirely up to you but this can have an impact on the overall taste of this recipe. However, if you want to lighten the alcohol content then you can easily reduce the amount of these ingredients to suit your own personal taste.
