Template of an Accommodation Leave Letter

When a renter leaves a property, it is good practice to inform the landlord in writing. This puts the notice on record and lets the owner know that they need to prepare for someone else to take up the accommodation. This requires at least a month so the accommodation leave letter should be sent a minimum of a month beforehand. Another important point to remember is that the security deposit is dependent on several factors including the condition the property is returned. Some times, landlords ask that all utilities be cleared before they give back the deposit, so make sure all bills are paid up before walking out.
