Fundraising for YOUR Local Theatre Company!

The Boulder Broadway Company (BBC) began as a fictitious company name attached to Carolyn D. Miller’s honors thesis production of “A Chorus Line” during the fall of 2002 at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Four years later, the Boulder Broadway Company is a registered 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization committed to bringing quality musical theatre productions to local audiences. Currently performing at the Lakewood Cultural Arts Center, the Boulder Broadway Company seeks to produce work that is entertaining, risquÃ?©, thought-provoking and innovative. Past productions include “A Chorus Line”, Into the Woods”, and “You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown”.

There will be a huge fundraising event held Friday, August 25th at the Republic of Boulder that will enable the BBC to create a fabulous production of their upcoming musical “Bat Boy”.

This is your chance to get a sneak peek of the Boulder Broadway Company’s upcoming rock musical “Bat Boy”, while enjoying the club atmosphere of the fabulous Republic of Boulder! The Republic has generously offered their venue for the BBC to give a teaser as well as matching 10% of the money they make from the appetizers and drink tab that night and donating it to the BBC! This is a wonderful opportunity to spread Bat Boy awareness and raise some serious funds for the BBC! (Not to mention a glorious selection of cocktails!)

So, come out for a night of drinking and music! There will be a $5.00 donation at the door that includes one free drink! The entire cast of Bat Boy will be there to entertain you! This is also an ALL ages event! 21+ need only present ID to get their party on. Everybody is welcome!
