Hawaiian Fajitas

Ingredients

(1)(1 lb) Boneless skinless chicken breasts/thighs
(1)(20 oz can) Crushed pineapple
(1)(8 oz bottle) Lime juice
(1)(Medium) Sweet Onion
(1)(Large) Red Pepper
(1)(Large) Green Pepper
(1)(Large) Yellow Pepper
(1)(Large) Orange Pepper
(4)(Large) Tortillas
(1)(Bottle) Pico De Gallo
(1)(Large) Sour Cream
(1)(8 oz) Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
(1)(Bottle) Olive Oil
(1)(2.2 oz jar) Kaiulani� Hawaiian Spice

Directions

1. Place chicken in large baking dish.
2. Rub with Hawaiian Spice.
3. Pour pineapple juice from crushed pineapples in large baking dish.
4. Pour lime juice in the large baking dish.
5. Pour about �¼ of the Hawaiian Spice over chicken.
6. Let marinate for at least 4 hours. *If chicken is frozen let thaw in marinate for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator.
7. About 1 hour before cooking… Cut all the peppers into bite sized pieces and mix about 1 oz lime juice and half oz olive oil.
8. Place chicken in a large frying pan at medium heat until done *no longer pink. (Allow some marinade to go into frying pan)
9. Place peppers in a large frying pan at medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
10. Chop sweet onions.
11. Place sweet onions in small sauce pan with about a half tea-spoon of oil.
12. To serve� Warm up tortillas in microwave for about 30 seconds.
13. Spread sour cream, cheese, peppers, chicken, and pineapples.
14. Roll and serve.
