Place ½ cup of English toffee ground in a food processor and top it with ½ cup of instant coffee, ½ cup white granulated sugar and ½ cup of dry chocolate mix.
Now seal the food processor carefully and process the mixture until thoroughly processed and convert into fine powder.
Unseal the processor and pour the powdered mixture into a bowl or container. You will be using just three tablespoons of this cappuccino mix, so store the remaining portion for later use.
Add 1/3 cup of water to a small sauce pan and bring to boil over a medium temperature.
Place three tablespoons of the cappuccino mix into a cup and stir in the boiling water in the pan. Keep stirring until the cappuccino mix dissolves completely.
Decant 1 cup whole milk into a small sauce pan and bring it to boil on stove. Use a whisk to stir the milk once it starts boiling.
Remove the milk from heat and set it aside at room temperature for about 30 to 40 seconds or until slightly warm to handle.
Carefully pour it into the mug containing the cappuccino mixture until three quarters of the way full.
Spoon a dollop of whipped cream at the top or some chocolate mix ground. Enjoy your yummy English toffee cappuccino and have fun.
