Ingredients:

– (275g  / 10 oz) smoked salmon – diced
– 6 medium tomatoes – diced
– 1 onion, chopped
– Handful chopped spring onion
– Sea salt to taste
– Dried crushed chilies to taste

    Select 6 fresh tomatoes and wash them properly. Now, place them on a cutting board and cut them into medium slices. Set the tomatoes slices aside and chop one properly peeled onion into small pieces.

    Place the chopped onions and diced tomatoes in a large serving bowl or platter.

    Top the tomato-onion mixture with 275g of diced smoked salmon, and handful of chopped spring onion. Mix the ingredients for few seconds.

    Sprinkle sea salt and dried crushed chilies to taste and toss to coat all the ingredients thoroughly.

    Cover the salad bowl or platter with a plastic wrapping sheet and place it in refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes to chill well before serving.
