Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and rinse them. Tear them into bite sized pieces. Place them in a large salad bowl and add the sliced strawberries to them. Toss both of them together.
Now make the dressing in a small mixing bowl. Whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, paprika, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds. Whisk well so that an even dressing is made and the sugar dissolves completely.
Pour the dressing over the salad in the large bowl. Toss together so that the spinach and strawberries are coated well with the salad. Serve right away. The presentation of the salad is enough to guarantee its extinction from the table in the first five minutes of the meal.
