Observe changes in yourself after touching a plant or a dog. Observe skin changes after eating any particular type of food or try to memorise the part of the year in which you felt bad with respect to skin rashes. If an allergic reaction occurs in the morning when you just wake up, you may have an allergy to house dust.
Pay special attention before touching pets. Animals, especially cats, are one of the strongest sources of allergies. The most common symptoms of this type of allergy are rhinitis, bronchial asthma and conjunctivitis.
Remember how your body reacts to insect stings (bees, wasps and mosquitoes)? If itchy bumps are formed after a bee or wasp sting on your skin, then you have a normal reaction to insect venom. If the mark continues to develop without disappearing and starts increasing in size, then you are prone to allergies from insect stings. Be careful, the allergic reaction can lead to swelling, vomiting, asthma attack etc.
Watch out if you have an allergic reaction after eating. Allergies can be caused by apples, walnuts, cherries, tomatoes, spinach, celery and parsley. Also, products, such as eggs, milk and fish can cause allergies. If you have manifested a food allergy, eliminate these types of elements from your diet. If you have a food allergy, be careful during spring. People with allergies to fruits and vegetables, are often prone to allergic reactions to pollen.
Finally, remember that allergies tend to accumulate in the body. If you find an allergic reaction in your body, contact a specialist. The sooner you do, the more likely your allergic reaction can be contained properly.
