How to Firm Jowl with Facial Exercises

Face jowls, sagging neckline, can make your double chin more prominent, making you look ugly and out sized. This condition arises when the skin around your jaw line loses its elasticity due to various reasons like dehydration and aging etc. These face jowls can be fixed with various therapies and treatments, but this fact it not unknown to you that they are quite expensive, time consuming and painful most of the time. The best thing you can consider is the facial exercises that are especially designed to firm up the face jowls. These exercises do not need any instructor as you can carry them out yourself. They possess the capability to tone your sagging jowl, firming up the double chin.

    Lip Exercise

    It is the simple facial exercise to firm your jowls.  Wring your lips and loosen your neck muscles. Now hold this pose for 3 to 5 minutes and then release gently. Repeat this exercise for 1 to 2 minutes. Make sure to carry out this jowl exercise for at least 5 times per week to get the desired results.

    Head Exercise

    This head exercise helps in tightening your drooping neckline. Stand or sit in a perfectly upright position and bend your head in the backward direction. Now seal your lips, move your tongue out and try your best to touch your chin with its tip. Hold this pose for the next 5 to 8 seconds, keeping your tongue lengthened. Now, gently move your tongue inside your mouth and bring back your tilted head back to its original position. Perform this exercise at least five times per day.

    Try Chewing

    Keep your lips apart and sit in upright position. Now bend your head backward as much as you can. Now start fake chewing, keeping your head bended. Continue chewing for 2 to 3 minutes. Bring your head back to original position and let it rest for 2 minutes before performing this exercise again. Perform this facial exercise 3 times every day until you do away with jowl face.

    Mouth Exercise

    This is another facial exercise to fix the jowl face. It is a bit difficult as compared to the other facial exercises but the results you will get are drastic ones. Open your mouth as broad as you can and gently drag your lower lip right over your underside teeth. Hold it for 2 seconds and then move your jaw line up and down few times.  Carry out this exercise 10 to 15 times ever day until your jowl face is firm.
