You have to bend the copper with the help of the chain nose pliers until it takes the shape of a dog bone. Just make sure the ends of the copper strips are overlapping with each other. This way, you can easily apply the glue to attach them properly.
Before applying glue to attach the strips, you must work on the edges with sandpaper so that they stick together properly. After applying glue, place the cookie cutter aside for around one day and let the glue dry.
