First of all, chill an old-fashioned cocktail glass by placing some ice cubes in it and setting it aside while making the rest of the ingredients. Otherwise, you can simply place it in a refrigerator for some time.
Grab a cocktail mixing glass and place some ice cubes in it.
Note: You can use cracked ice as well.
Pour in 1 ½ oz of licorice liqueur.
Add 1 dash of mint syrup to the ice-licorice mixture and stir.
Continue stirring until both of the ingredient blend well and chill.
Now, pour in 1 dash of water and give it a very brief stir this time.
Discard the ice cubes in the chilled old-fashioned cocktail glass.
Strain the Perroquet Cocktail from the mixing glass into the pre-chilled old-fashioned cocktail glass.
Now, place a few fresh mint leaves at the top of Perroquet Cocktail and serve it with a cute smile on your face.
