Cheesecakes have gained respectable status in the list of desserts for last few years. The reason is that these cakes are not only delicious and full of nutritious elements but they are also easy to make and compare to the other desserts. It is up to you whether you want to bake it or prepare these cakes without any baking process.
  • For Cake:
  • Packages cream cheese: 2 (8 ounce)
  • Eggs: 3
  • Sugar (according to your taste)
  • Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
  • For Topping:
  • Pint cream: 1
  • Sugar (1/4 of the amount you added in cake)
  • Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
  1. First of all wash utensils to remove dirt and germs properly.
  2. Take a mixing bowl and add cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla to make a mixture. Whisk it properly so that ingredients combine well.
  3. Now pour this mixture in a greased pan. Make sure it is square otherwise it will damage the shape of your cake.
  4. Put the pan in oven and bake at 350 degrees for at least 35 minutes. While baking, prepare mixture for topping.
  5. After 15 minutes take the cake out and spread the topping evenly. Put it again in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Take it out when you feel it is ready and chill before serving it to your guests.
