First step in making your own spicy ranch grilled cheese sandwiches is roasting the jalapenos. You can roast the jalapenos on a barbeque grill, but if you don’t have one or are out of fuel, roast them on a stove on medium-low heat.
While your jalapenos are being roasted, prepare the dressing for your sandwiches.
In a medium size mixing bowl combine one tablespoon of cream cheese, ½ tablespoon of ranch dressing, one to two tablespoons of chopped chives and two slices of dehydrated tomato.
Mix all these ingredients until they form a smooth mixture.
Once the jalapenos are done roasting, put them in a plastic Ziploc bag and let them sit for a few minutes.
Now peel the skin off jalapenos and cut them into half. Remove the seeds and discard.
On one slice of bread, spread the cream cheese mixture and place the jalapenos. Then top it with plenty of cheese.
