Torn romaine (about 2 large bunches): 18 cups
Medium cucumber, sliced: 1
Crumbled feta cheese: 1 cup
Cherry tomatoes, quartered: 1 cup
Small red onion, thinly sliced: 1
Julienned roasted sweet red peppers: 1/2 cup
Pitted Greek olives, halved: 1/2 cup
Olive oil: 2/3 cup
Red wine vinegar: 1/4 cup
Garlic clove, minced: 1
Italian seasoning: 1 tsp
Salt: 1/4 tsp
Pepper: 1/4 tsp

    Assemble the ingredients
